Shop Policies

Shipping and Lost Packages:

-Residency Pins is a low LE business. Alot of pins may not be able to be replaced. 

-All in hand item will be shipped within 2-5 business days after a purchase is made. All packages will be shipped via USPS. Tracking will be included for all packages. 

-Once the packages are in USPS hands it is out of our hands if its lost or any damages happen. If there is any issues, please contact USPS. We do not deal with lost packages. Please make sure to submit a refund on a package through USPS. 

-For international shipping, we are not responsible for customer fees and taxes. 

Sale/Trade Policies:

-Trades can only happen 30 days after In Hands are sent in the mail.

-For the first 30 days a pin can only be resold for DSS. 

-We dont accept address changes, but please contact us if it is an emergency. 

-All sales made on this site are final. We do not offer, any refunds, returns, or exchanges, with exception of if the wrong item was sent.
